Despite some issues on the buyers end (it was personal, I won't go into detail) they still made sure to keep me updated and we managed to work through it together. Due to their pleasant personality and willingness to work together a would-be "nightmare" transaction turned into just a tad bit complicated. In the future I would not hesitate to sell to them again :)
