Pushy and impatient. I don't like dealing with rude buyers who don't listen. See other feedback, I noticed she is also blacklisted on other buyers ToS. Firstly entered my inbox with entitled attitude demanding discount for missing item on the skirt that was already $40 discounted. Before they purchased, we had an entire discussion around how shipping will be delayed and too late to send for this week and that it would be next weekend (this coming weekend). It is also stated clearly on my listing that I need extra shipping time. 3 days after payment, they are in my inbox again demanding tracking because they "paid several days ago". I explained we already had an entire conversation about the delayed shipping time and to please re-read the email chain and check my listing. They said that they need it ASAP because they are leaving for a trip. Why are you buying items when you know you have to leave? I explain that their trip is not my problem and my terms were clear and they reply "I will just look for another skirt. No worries. It’s all good👍🏻". Then again today in my inbox complaining for it to be sent despite knowing that i can only send this weekend. Your behavior is gross. I hope you will do better in future.

Sale didn't go through because buyer misunderstood my message. They were very quick to buy something else to replace the item they bought from me so they did the cancelling. Buyer was very apologetic but please next time, ask for clarification.

While I understand that mistakes happen (buyer did not read description and thought shipping was included) and buyer said they were sorry to have wasted my time, it was disappointing that it took a week, a few messages, and probably only because I finally messaged I'd be forced to leave negative feedback before buyer responded that they couldn't follow through on the purchase. I was prompt in messaging the buyer (item was purchased via BIN in the evening and I messaged the following morning), offered to discount the shipping, and followed up more than once. I debated for a while if I should leave feedback, but decided I want to hold buyer to some accountability as it seems this isn't their first time backing out of a sale; overall they did finally respond so I'm leaving rating as Neutral.
