Shipped item quickly, and, despite some delays with the postal service, was very helpful and even offered a full refund if the item did not end up arriving. It did eventually, so this was unnecessary, but the gesture was still incredibly thoughtful. Item arrived in wonderful condition, exactly as described, Would absolutely buy from again, 10/10 :D
