Awesome seller! Communicated quickly and had my package sent out in a timely manner. There was some delay at my local post office (wasn't her fault) that she messaged me about, but I appreciated her concern and thought it was very kind of her to alert me about it. Very fast shipping! My package was sent out the day I submitted payment for the invoice so I have to say the seller is efficient. I also asked if the seller could include a headband with the bow and was happy to see it provided for free (also with extra bubble wrap--thanks!). I got my package in 4 days. My package came in a box and seemed to be packaged neatly, however the bow itself was slightly bent from the shipping. Otherwise, item is just as described and had great communication with the seller. I would buy again from this person :)
