This should have been an easy transaction, unfortunately I believe the seller lied to me to try and cover their mistakes. This small package with only a necklace took about 3 weeks to reach me and when it did there was almost $5 postage due before the post office would give me the package. Seller claimed to have brought the package to the post office to send it, but the post office "forgot" to give a tracking number. Also told me it was sent priority "but as a letter". None of this made sense from my experience sending items. Turns out the seller place one forever stamp on the envelope and dropped in a mail box. That is why there was no tracking number and I had to pay extra, on top of the $5 the seller originally changed for shipping. So in the end I received my item but had to pay almost $10 in shipping for a $15 necklace.
