Buyer claimed the package was never received even after proof from both UPS & Post Canada for the arrival AND reception of the package. When asked to be patient so I could contact my post office to know what else could be done they threaten me with a claim . I escalated it myself as they refused to even wait for me, or listen to me when I asked them if they looked in their mail lock ( they were saying it was impossible as it was too small) . After I won the paypal case, they left a review saying I was not accommodating and that they did found their package. I will continue doing business as I always do with numerous tracking proofs and signature to make sure everyone is happy and receive their item in timely manner. [MOD edit: feedback set to neutral, post office misdelivered package and it was found at the end, paypal case settled by default]
