Great seller! Sent the package very soon after purchasing. Due to the pandemic, there were issues with my package being stuck in customs, so it spent a VERY long time stuck at the Chicago USPS sorting center (as in, the package was sent on May 12th, arrived in the US on May 22nd, and did not get to my house until July 17th). However, the seller messaged me numerous times to check in, and even sent gifts with an additional package containing the neck ties she had originally forgotten. Great experience!
