amazing seller, there were some shipping issues with this piece but they were super helpful and kind! it took a few months to arrive and was stuck in transit for a while, I was worried it had been lost so seller opened a claim with the postal company and called them. once the skirt arrived it was just as described! I 100% recommend them and would definitely buy from again! thank you <3

I’ve purchased from this seller many times, as why I’m not marking this as negative feedback. I had been told a package got mixed up and I was to receive an item I didn’t purchase. The seller was quick to get us all In communication to coordinate shipping the proper items however once that email chain started, I have heard nothing from this seller. Also was told shipping would be reimbursed and again I have heard nothing back after many emails had been sent that included her in the chain, and a few separate emails. I’m not sure if I would buy again as the lack of communication has been quite unfortunate but there’s no reason to hold a package mixup against this seller - mistakes happen!

There was a package mix up and the seller very kindly coordinated exchange of packages so I got my dress and the other lolita got theirs. I have bought before from this seller and it was just a hiccup. I'd buy again because the dress once it arrived after a little detour came exactly as described and in great condition for its age.
