Seller responded very fast and sent the package on the next day after payment. There were issues with delivery but she was responding really quickly. Even if nothing could be done on her end I'm still grateful for that.

I wanted to buy a dress, a rude person, not at all understandable, it is better to avoid trading with this person. [MOD edit: buyer agreed to a no deposit hold for seller, buyer provides following timeline: payment promised on the 18th of Jan., delayed to the 24th of Jan., cancelled by the buyer on the 12th of February. No communication from the 25th to 12th of February after buyer cancelled the PayPal request. No transaction took place]
