Bought at Harajuku Laforet Department Store, still with tag, original price (Yen 8900 + taxes) shown on the tag,
Even if I liked very much I had no change to wear it with my coord. Hope it will find someone who can exploit it ^_^
It can be used as a surcoat over a dress, the front side is open like a mantle, you can wear it over the shoulders or not, please see picture for details
